I know I said this post would be up sooner, but here it is finally! As you can probably tell from my Instagram, I am a food loving vegetarian. Thus, I enjoy looking for new places to grab some tasty lunch, especially when I’m abroad (preferably with good lighting for them Instagram posts). I consider myself a foodie as food comes first, yes even if I’m late (don’t tell my boss). That being said, I hope you enjoy my recommendations for eating out in Bournemouth!

The following is a recipe for some easy to make tofu nuggets which require very little ingredients. I was very impressed with how these turned out so I thought I’d share the recipe with you guys. I am definitely not a chef (not even close), but I do like experimenting in the kitchen.
I made the breadcrumbs myself, however, you can easily find store-bought ones. This is a no hassle recipe as only 3 ingredients are used. No eggs are required for this recipe, so if you’re out of eggs, then this is the recipe for you! Before I continue rambling on, let’s move on to the recipe.
